I, the undersigned, hereby accept that my residence at this accommodation establishment is and shall be subject to the following conditions and I irrevocably bind myself as follows:
That I shall pay my account in full upon arrival or otherwise requested by management. In the case of any early departure there will be no refund.
That I shall at all times be and remain liable for payment of an account incurred by me, whether or not any other person (legal or natural) has made prior arrangements or undertakings to pay such account. No persons other than those listed on the reverse hereof may occupy the hired premises.
If, for any reason I am unable to pay any outstanding amount owing to this establishment and/or I am liable or responsible for damaged/lost/ missing goods or equipment, the management at their discretion may deduct this amount off the deposit paid or my credit card through the details which have already been given by myself when making reservations.
Security deposit of N$ 1000 is required if there are no Credit Card details. It is only refundable provided everything is in its original condition.
The key & security pre-payment of 1000 N$ can only be waived, if the travel payment agrees with the submitted credit card.
That I may at any time, at the sole discretion of the management and without disclosure of reasons, be ejected from the premises, which will not affect my undertakings above.
That I consent hereto that all my property on the premises is and shall be subject to the lien of this accommodation establishment.
I hereby agree that it is a condition of my occupation of the premises that the owner shall not be responsible for loss of or damage to any property brought by me upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or from any other cause and by whoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the owner. I, whether or not I occupy rooms in these premises, am deemed to contract with the owner on this basis.
