Booking Information
Low Season: 16 January to 14 December 2012
High Season: 15 December to 15 January 2013
Changes: Rates may be changed at any time
Rates: per night in N$/ZAR, Include 15% VAT, excl. 2% bed levy

Smoking: The premises and apartments are smoke-free inside. A terrace & private balconies are available for smokers.
Confirmation of reservation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a faxed bank deposit slip or credit card number for a 50% deposit of total due. Such fax or credit card number should be received within 3 days of booking, failing which the reservation lapses. Any balance due is payable 30days (60days High Season) prior to arrival.
Deposit refund policy: In order to keep rates at a reasonable level, refunds in respect of cancellation, no-show or premature departure may be entertained in so far as no loss of income has occurred.
Admission: The right of admission is reserved
